Chorals and lyrical love tunes

The course will include repertoire learning, improvisation, expression, polyphonic song and more - working on a basis of chorales and lyrical love tunes.

Teaching will mainly by ear and we'll work both individually and in group.

Instructor is Susanne Rosenberg, one of Sweden's most respected folk singers.

Susanne Rosenberg has been a pioneer in the rediscovery of traditional singing styles and in using these in new artistic contexts. She founded several of the our well known folk groups like Rosenbergs Sjua and Rotvälta.

Prior knowledge: You don't need to be an advanced singer, but should have tried to sing folk songs or have some previous general experience of singing.
