The Voice - Physical or Mystical...

Your voice is a source of joy, strength, energy and relaxation.
During this week we will explore our voices from different frames of mind and in different voice pitches, from deep body sounds to light cries. Some of the methods and vocal traditions we will use include Swedish shepherd music (vallmusik), African part song and spontaneous improvisation.
This course is intended for everyone, man or woman, who wants to expand their voice
expression in speech, calls and song.

Instructors: Lena Klarström and Agneta Stolpe. Lena and Agneta are returning instructors to the FFF and they bring great enthusiasm and many years of experience to the course.
