Finally – the course that has been sought after by so many festival-participants! This is a perfect course for you who attended the beginners’ course last year or for you who have tried to learn on your own. During the week we run through the basics once again and advance at a rapid pace. To attend this class we want the participants to be able to play between 5 – 10 tunes before the course begin. We learn by ear. If you don’t have a fiddle of your own, you can borrow/hire one at the festival. Instructor is Anna Ristner a strong-willed folk musician and music-pedagogue from Sundborn. Anna has a university degree in folk music from the College of music in Stockholm. Fee: 1 600 SEK. | wednesday-friday |
